Event Face Painting!

Yes! Your artist will be set to provide fabulous face paints, glitter designs, arm 'tattoos', and cheek designs.  We're versatile and value ourselves in designs and paint for everyone kids, tweens, teens, and adults!

No, we do not apply henna.  Due to safety concerns, the FDA has not approved henna for direct application to the skin, making Mehndi, the process of applying henna to the skin to create a temporary tattoo, illegal in the United States.

As an alternative, we have some fabulous designs using our FDA approved body paints that are safe and look fabulous!

Yes, during cooler months (October until May).  During Louisiana's hot months (June, July, August, September), face painting is best undertaken in air-conditioning, so the face paint does not melt and to help the face paint last longer on the skin (even if your guests go outdoors after being painted).  If your event is outdoors, we ask you locate us in a shaded area as face paints can melt in direct sun.

In an air-conditioned or cool environment, your paint should stay in place until you wash it off.  In a humid environment the paint can smudge.  To help with this we recommend that face paint be applied in an or air-conditioned area during Louisiana's hot & humid summer months to help the paint last longer.

When painting adults, we also offer barrier spray before and after your face paint helping your paint to be enjoyed all day or night, right up until you wash it off with just soap & water! *Barrier spray is not applied to children to allow for easier face paint removal!

Yes please!  To allow for the fastest set-up & brakedown we ask you provide chairs & a table for your artist.  This also allows you the chance to asign us a location prior to our arrival & the opportunity to match our setup area to your event.  Each artist will need two chairs & a small table.

If you require us to bring our own table & chairs, no problem! Please just let us know when booking/at least 24-hrs prior to your event.  Our own set up includes black chairs & table. 

If your event requires us to setup in our own tent or gazebo, we can certainly provide this, please just let us know. * Please note, due to setup time, tent setup can not be provided for appointments less than 4-hours in length.

We can travel as far as you need, however, all of our prices include travel to your location within 30-miles of New Orleans.

For locations outside of this area, a travel surcharge will be added to your final balance as follows:

• 0-30 Miles from New Orleans: FREE Travel is included in your booking
• 30-60 Miles from New Orleans: $50 Travel Surcharge
• 60-100 Miles from New Orleans: $100 Travel Surcharge
• More than 100 Miles from New Orleans: Please enquire for cost.

Note: Travel further than 30 miles of New Orleans is NOT possible at the following times:

- Halloween Day/Night and the two Saturdays prior to Halloween

- Mardi Gras Day and the two Weekends prior to Mardi Gras Day

- Christmas Day

- New Years Eve

- Superbowl Sunday

Bookings made for locations further than 30-miles from New Orleans for the dates above will be canceled.
