New Orleans Face & Body Painting takes health & hygiene extremely seriously. We understand that safe customers are happy customers. Below are health & hygiene guidelines that we follow for all of our appointments. If you would like further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
New Orleans Face & Body Painting artists will wear face masks during your appointment.
Brushes and sponges are cleaned and sanitized before each event and before each client. All brushes and sponges will be cleaned using water and antibacterial soap and sanitized with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol prior to use.
New Orleans Face & Body Painting uses FDA approved paints and cosmetic grade glitters that wash off with soap and water. Full details of paints and other tools can be provided to the client prior to painting if requested, please request this information at least 7 days prior to your appointment.
New Orleans Face & Body Painting is not responsible for any adverse reactions to the face/body paint, fixing sprays, glitter, or other tools used. Neither New Orleans Face & Body Painting, nor the paint artists or assistants, are not responsible for any damage to clothing, furniture, carpet, or other personal effects resulting from paint, water, fixing sprays, glitter, or accidental incidents.
For sanitary reasons, New Orleans Face & Body Painting reserves the right not to paint anyone with a bad cold, runny nose, cuts or open sores on the face or other area to be painted.
If you feel unwell prior to your appointment, please contact New Orleans Face & Body Painting immediately (Tel: +1 504-715-0508). If an appointment needs to be cancelled due to health reasons (such as sickness or COVID restrictions) deposits will be refunded if the appointment is canceled at least 7-days prior to the appointment, if an appointment is cancelled less than seven days prior to the appointment deposit funds will be held for a future appointment date with refunds at the discretion of New Orleans Face & Body Painting.
At no time will any guest be permitted access to the artist’s supplies/equipment without the artist’s expressed permission, even in their absence.
